OUR STORY

Killasic LLC was born out of frustration. Frustration with parts that didn't fit, suppliers who didn't care, and a classic car market that charged premium prices for mediocre steel. Founder Davis Bint had been wrenching on collector cars for over a decade before he decided enough was enough.

In 2026, Davis set out to solve the fitment problem for good by building a catalog of custom, direct-bolt-in aftermarket components. The name Killasic—a mashup of "killer" and "classic"—captures the mission: bringing modern engineering and aggressive performance to classic styling. What started as custom CAD designs and one-off solutions quickly turned into demand from builders who wanted parts that actually fit the first time. Going viral with his very first build, the Jaguar XKSS 3d Printed body.

Today, Killasic operates a 2,000 sq. ft. shop equipped with industrial CNC plasma cutters, a professional 3D print farm, and a team of 2 fabricators who eat, breathe, and dream  collector cars. Every part that leaves our shop has been tested, measured, and approved by someone who actually builds these machines.

We don't make parts for showroom queens. We make parts for cars that get driven — hard.

Davis Bint

Founder & Head of Design

Davis brings a heavy-hitting combination of formal engineering and hands-on grit to Killasic LLC. Holding a B.S. in Automotive Technology from McPherson College, his expertise is backed by up to 10,000 hours in digital fabrication, learning cad in 2008, 6,000 in metal fabrication, and 2,000 in mechanical restoration. After early days at 2002ad, Davis refined his technical arsenal at Fibersteel, bridging raw mechanics and digital precision. There, he 3D scanned, modeled, and fabricated everything from intricate electronics to custom pedal assemblies for full-scale production. Today, Davis pours that massive catalog of experience directly into Killasic's product line. He knows exactly how to engineer premium components because he's spent his career building the machines they go into.
